Global polarization and critical devastations in economic
imperatives guided by recent pandemic of Covid-19 has taught everyone
irrespective of class, gender and country the changing dimensions of
innovative thought process which are so critical in creating sustainability
and resilience in human lifes and saving humanity from catastrophically
devastations. Global society is already burdened with rising poverty,
hunger and inequality which is paralyzing the very concept of economic
advancement irrespective of tall claims by economists of a favorable graph
which would bring relief to even the poorest countries. But national
borders and policies have failed the substitute such claims with ground
reality which is showing a sharp decline in human happiness index. This
paper tries to bridge the gap of intrapreneurial thinking at grassroots levels
where very pertinent players like the healthcare workers as well as the
grassroots organizations in India are playing vital role in helping the poor
get the right treatment amidst a failing national policy towards disaster
management. Not much literature is available in this critical study wherein
at one juncture it is important to understand how people behave during
crisis and manage funds and in another juncture it is equally relevant to
understand empirically viable solutions to decipher relationships between
human behavioral psychology in economic growth and development
during extremely severe situations in Covid-19 pandemic which is bringing
with it multiple variants, falling economy, mass unemployment and a
concern for poverty stricken community in deprived rural regions. The
paper has strong theoretical dimensions as well as utility of regression
analysis understanding various behavioral facets towards social innovation
channels.
