Online Shopping Behavior Not Only in Time of Crisis

The subject of this monograph is an evaluation of the development of online shopping behavior and determinants that influence the online shopping decision-making process, not only in times of ongoing economic and health crises. The intention of the presented monograph is to identify determinants that influence the current online shopping behavior, especially in the Czech online environment. The main goal of the monograph is to identify differences in online shopping behavior before and during the economic and health crisis caused by the new type of coronavirus COVID-19. The monograph is based on a primary research in the form of a questionnaire survey among a selected group of respondents that assess the determinants influencing their online purchasing decisions before and during the ongoing crisis caused by a new type of coronavirus COVID-19. The monograph thus offers a comprehensive concept identifying current knowledge in the! field of online shopping behavior primarily in the Czech online environment and at the same time responding to a new phenomenon of the ongoing health and economic crisis caused by a new type of coronavirus COVID-19.
